We are experiencing a high volume in orders this season. There may be some items in a gift that are no longer available and will be substituted with another item of equal or greater value. What are the laws regarding the selling of gifts with alcohol?
As per the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act, we may offer customers liquor in their gift baskets and boxes. By placing your order for a gift with alcohol you agree that you and the intended recipients are at least 19 years old.
When proof of age is required , customer must show valid ID.
We are not permitted to store any alcohol on the premises therefore liquor store prices will be charged plus a $5 pick up fee. These prices are included in the prices of the gift ordered.
Will the gift I order look exactly the same as in the picture?
We do our best to make the gift look exactly the same as the photo. Occasionally we may run out of a product. If that happens we will make a substitution with a product of equal or greater value. We promise to make it just as beautiful!
What shipping carrier do you use?
We do our own local deliveries. When shipping is required we use Canada Post.
Where do you get your products from?
We do our best to support as many local BC artisans as possible as well as other Canadian companies. Some of our products are fair trade and sold through local BC businesses. Occasionally you will find a product in our boxes and baskets which has been sourced elsewhere in the world however our primary focus is to support BC/Canadian business.
Do you wrap your gift baskets in cellophane?
You have the option when you order your gift to choose with or without cellophane. Gifts that are delivered without cellophane are beautifully wrapped in ribbon and tied with a bow. Due to rising costs we will now be charging an additional $5 for gifts being wrapped in cellophane.
